Old cars but nice cars :)

I'm so excited that Lapin fully accomplished meeting his goals for the crowd sourcing book "Oldies but Goodies" - I can't wait to receive my copy of it!

Anyway, I woke up this weekend with an urge to sketch old cars too and headed to my local Auto Museum to sketch.

Always fun but I just only wish they have more lighting in this museum...

Larz Anderson Auto Museum

Rainy day, I took a morning stroll to the Larz Anderson Auto Museum to sketch a few cars. I'm really not a car guy but every once in a while I get this urge to want to sketch cars. I find the older/ vintage cars much more enjoyable to sketch than the modern cars. A fun couple of hours indeed!

British Automobiles in Boston

Here's a number of British cars sketched during the winter break at the Larz Anderson Auto museum here in Boston. These cars were some of the popular models that were imported into America after WWII displayed at this exhibition titled "Britain can make it".

I liked how the mannequins were standing next to the cars wearing the fashion of it's times.

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!
